2005 for the education of trainers, coaches,
fitness professionals and physical
educators. SSC provides its clients with
affordable clinics, program designs and
educational videos as continuing education
or just to expand their knowledge. SSC
founders have been successful entrepreneurs
and trainers in the fields of sport specific
athlete training, youth personal training,
adult fitness training, rehabilitation and
more.
SSC developed the highly successful Core
Rotations P.E. Fitness program to assist
physical educators in improving Fitness in
public and private schools. The Core
Rotation program has been implemented in
several school districts with great success.
